Payment

Suzy Billing-Mountain (ARTIST) onlinestore accepts all major credit cards. Payments are taken via PayPal, providing a secure gateway for processing transactions. Payments through PayPal can either be made with an existing PayPal account, by registering for PayPal, or by simply entering your card details.

Payment can also be made by direct bank transfer. Please note: Any orders placed with this payment method will be put on hold until the funds have cleared successfully.

Colour Representation

The colour in the paintings shown on this website may not represent the colours of the actual paintings, this depends on screen calibration, ambient light and many other factors. We load all the original paintings and endeavor to try an achieve as accurate representation as weI can.

Postage

Due to the costs and risk of shipping original paintings, these are only available to purchase via contacting us first.

Prints from the online store are currently only posted to addresses in the UK, via a special delivery tracked service. For any other requirements, please contact me before placing an order.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your print, you must contact me within 7 working days by email to studio@suzybm.art or by telephone on 07966525022 . Artwork must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.

If your item is damaged in the post, please return it to me and Ican arrange a replacement to be sent to you.
